The best looking cookies in the world begin here. Our facilities are capable of machining up to a 24″ diameter by 62″ long roll. No design is too simple nor too complicated. Virtually any design can be produced on a roll. Our rotary molders are custom designed to fit any molding machine. Our rotary cookie molders are manufactured from the highest quality materials including aluminum-bronze and stainless steel. F&S has developed the use of plastic inserts providing a durable and cost effective solution to molder wear. F&S also offers a line solid UHMW plastic cookie cutters which provide a sanitary, easy to clean cookie cutter with excellent release properties. We offer in-house release coatings for all our rotary molders.
