Hot Stamps for Plastic

Fitting hot stamping dies to contoured plastic piece parts has long been a specialty of F&S Engraving.  When hot stamping plastic, a heat released foil is generally used to bring contrast to the impression. The same is true when hot stamping paper products.  We can provide you with a variety of custom stamps for plastic and paper applications.

Hot Stamps for Wood

F&S Engraving can also manufacture hot stamps for your wood products.  When hot stamping wood, the heat of the die burns the image into the substrate.  Even though stamping wood is not as common in these modern times, F&S Engraving still produces a variety of stamps for specific wood applications.

Hot Stamp Dies Available from F&S Engraving

At F&S Engraving we can produce your hot stamp dies in a variety of materials to meet your specific application needs. We can create hot stamps for numbers, letters, logos, or any combination.

Hot Stamp Type

At F&S Engraving we can produce your hot stamp dies in a variety of materials to meet your specific application needs. We can produce hot stamp type of numbers, letters, logos, and characters.

Steel hot stamp type has increased life in high speed or larger production runs. It is able to withstand heat and pressure over the long-term. Steel is a higher initial investment but will last longer than other materials, giving you less headaches and more performance.

Brass hot stamp type is an economical alternative to steel and performs equally as well in the short-term.

Magnesium hot stamp type is a less expensive alternative to brass and in many cases can yield the same amount of impressions in short and medium runs.

Branding Dies

Depending on the size of the production requirement, branding dies generally take the most abuse and need to withstand the greatest amount of pressure and torque. They are used in typical hot stamp applications, plus brand leather as well.  F&S Engraving branding dies are built to the highest quality standards so that they produce consistent results for long durations.

F&S Engraving also produces steel branding dies.  Steel has an increased life in high speed or larger production runs. These dies are able to withstand the heat and pressure over the long-term but with a higher initial investment.

Brass branding dies are an economical alternative to steel and perform equally as well in the short-term.

Magnesium branding dies are a less expensive alternative to brass and in many cases can yield the same amount of impressions in short and medium runs.

Depending on your cost constraints and your particular needs, the master craftsmen at F&S Engraving can produce the right branding dies to fit your requirements and deliver long-standing quality.

Decorating Dies

F&S Engraving can produce decorating dies to meet your specific application needs also. Our decorating dies are steel hot stamps that are used for high production decorating with multiple colors.  They use heat release foil to impregnate the pigment in the substrate and they have applications in many different end products.

F&S Engraving offers complete design and engineering services to ensure that you receive high quality decorating dies to achieve the “finished look” you desire.
